Getting help

There are a number of ways you can get in touch with Packagr support

By creating a support ticket

This is the recommended approach - log into the Packagr dashboard and click the Contact support button under Help and support in the navigation menu.

You will see a contact form which will allow you to submit a support ticket to us.

Advanced subscribers will receive an initial response to their query within 12 hours (within UK working hours).

Using the web contact form

From The Packagr landing page, click on Contact and fill out the form.

This is only really intended for prospective users who have not yet signed up - if you already have a Packagr account, it's quicker to use either of the above two methods.
