At RepoForge, we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to get the assistance you need. Whether you’re facing technical difficulties or have questions about your subscription, there are multiple ways to reach out to our support team. Below, we outline the different options available for contacting us, so you can choose the one that works best for you.

By Creating a Support Ticket

This is the most efficient and reliable way to get help. To create a support ticket, log into the RepoForge dashboard and navigate to the Help and Support section using the menu. Here, you’ll find a Contact Support button. Clicking this will open a contact form that allows you to describe your issue in detail and submit your query directly to our team.

If you’re an Advanced subscriber, you’ll receive an initial response to your ticket within 12 hours (during UK working hours). This prioritized response time ensures that critical issues are addressed as quickly as possible.

Submitting a support ticket also allows us to track your request efficiently and provide personalized assistance. Whenever possible, this should be your first choice for reaching out to us.

Via Email

If accessing the RepoForge dashboard isn’t an option for you, don’t worry—you can still get in touch with us. Send an email to info@repoforge.io, and our team will respond as soon as possible. Be sure to include as much detail as you can about your issue to help us resolve it promptly.

Email support is a convenient option if you’re on the go or experiencing difficulties logging in to your RepoForge account.

Using the Web Contact Form

Prospective users who haven’t yet created an account can reach out through the web contact form available on The RepoForge.io landing page. Simply click on Contact and fill out the form with your details and inquiry.

While this method is ideal for non-subscribers or general inquiries, we encourage existing users to use the dashboard support feature or email us for a faster response. These methods ensure we can identify your account and address your concern more effectively.
